  • You have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible items.

Return Request Conditions:

  • You may request a return if you have received different product(s) than ordered or if there are manufacturing defects.
  • For reasons other than those stated above, you may still return the product(s) at your own expense. This means you are responsible for paying the forward and reverse shipping charges.

How to Initiate a Return:

  • To request a return, please send us a message on WhatsApp at 9911199549 with images of the defective product(s).
  • Once we approve the return request, you must arrange and ship the return product(s) to our address at E-94, Sector-2, Bawana Industrial Area, Delhi-110039. We will refund the reverse shipping charges to you (if your return approved).
  • Please note: Do not send the return item(s) without contacting us. If you do, we will not pay return courier/transport charges.

Refund Process:

  • Upon receiving the returned product(s), we will inspect them.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original method of payment. Alternatively, we may ask for your bank details to deposit the refund amount.
